"Misty McGarry, Took care of my mothers claim, in the most efficient, timely and most effective way possible. She went far beyond by expediting it and getting with the repair company to get all the documents needed . She was a phenomenal help and kept in constant contact. "Todd and Misty were super knowledgeable and efficient getting a Renters Policy drawn up SAME afternoon for my son who will be in his 1 st apartment at VA TECH ! All of our parameters were met and the price was awesome!! I would highly recommend this office. I have known Todd since we were kids and now have a new friend in Misty!
